I've been doing research on reishi mushrooms for months now and I couldnt understand why some were 5x the price of others. I then found out that reishi spores were the actual spores that grow on top of the fruiting body of the reishi mushroom. Apparently the cell cracked reishi spores are of a much higher quality and they are more bioavailable. I'm looking forward to reaping the benefits!
