I take 1ml every night plus 2 CB2 capsules. I don't sleep longer but I do not wake up whilst I sleep which I am very grateful for. The packaging and label are attractive. It would be useful for the label to be smaller so users could see the amount left in the bottle. Free shipping is so appreciated. Will buy more.
