By using these products and materials you are agreeing that you take responsibility for any use thereof by any third party and you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Nutura; therefore, as more fully set forth in these Terms & Conditions of Use. It is rare than any plant produces more than 3% of a mixture of terpenes (also known as the Essential Oil of the plant). Materials must be used at concentrations that are safe. It is your responsibility to determine that level of concentration at which terpene additives are safe for your own products or use and the levels set forth herein are put forth merely as examples and not as representations.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nutura and our parent, subsidiaries, owners, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim, cost, liability, action or actions, expense (including without limitations reasonable attorneys’ fees and expert witness costs), or demands made by any third-party, arising out of or relating to your use of Nutura products sold from this website or through our retail partners, your breach of these Terms & Conditions of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Product purchases or emails to Nutura may result in your contact being added to our email marketing list. Nutura may use your email address to notify your of new products or specials. Shipping Policy
Nutura maintains every effort to ship orders within a 24 hour time period, Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. During busy periods or if your item is not in inventory, the shipping period may be up to 5 business days for domestic Australian orders. If it will be any longer than that you will be notified via email. International orders usually take between 10 - 12 days. All shipped orders are insured and tracking orders are sent via e-mail. If you have any questions regarding your existing order, please contact us. When contacting us, please include your order number to help expedite your service. Claims for any damaged goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. All damage claims must be made to Aus Post (no credit can be given unless this procedure is followed).
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including original shrink-wrapped cap seal. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded. Only those products authorised for return will be considered for for a refund or credit.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges & Shipping:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Under no condition should the item be returned freight collect. All items should be securely boxed and packaged in a manner suitable to the method of return. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
