The 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee is limited to your first unit (shipping fee excluded). No refund can be issued without the goods being returned directly to us. Please note that only the cost of one bottle will be refunded, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. For example If you purchased a bundle or dual pack only 1 bottle will be refunded and if you also received free shipping this cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
