Dosage:

Start with half a dropper (0.5ml) moving up to a full dropper (1ml) if desired.

Directions:

Shake well before use to spread natural stevia. Take 0.5ml-1ml in the dropper, hold liquid under the tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing. You can also add a drop to your evening tea or smoothie.

Total well-being pack

I had previously ordered the focus/calm duo and had really benefitted from feeling calmer on a daily basis and sleeping more soundly at night time.The entourage is my new daytime favorite as it covers all ills and I find the recovery oil really beneficial after an active day or when my lower back pain gets bad. I highly recommend all the oils and have been living a calmer life with less pain since I started taking the CB2
