Ingredients:
Terpene Proprietary Formula (Flavour): B-caryophylene 10%, Humulene 3.33%, Myrcene 3.33%, Limonene 1%.
Dosage:
Start with half a dropper (0.5ml) moving up to a full dropper (1ml) if desired.
Directions:
Shake well before use to spread natural stevia. Take 0.5ml-1ml in the dropper, hold liquid under the tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing. You can also add a drop to your evening tea or smoothie.

I had previously used the CB2 oil for sleep and I got great results however my sleep was being ruined by joint pain which would wake me. Since using the recovery oil I am experiencing a lot less pain in my joints. I would highly recommend trying CB2 so much better than pharmaceuticals. I will be repurchasing on a regular basis
